As the founder of East Coast Salon, she has built and scaled a successful salon business by creating the systems, structure, and team development strategies that allow a business to grow without everything depending on the owner.

Sarayah has a unique ability to look inside a salon, identify what's getting in the way of growth, and help owners create practical solutions around operations, team structure, leadership, compensation, profitability, and scale.
