We start close. These first two months are intentionally high-touch, giving us time to understand your business, uncover what’s really happening, establish priorities, and create momentum around the work ahead.

Months 3–4
Biweekly sessions

As strategy moves into implementation, we create more space between sessions for you to put the work into practice. We’ll review what’s happening, troubleshoot challenges, make adjustments, and keep moving forward.

Biweekly sessions

By this point, we’re not simply creating change, we’re making sure it works. We’ll continue refining what we’ve implemented, addressing what surfaces along the way, and looking ahead to the next stage of the business.
