This program is for salon owners who have already worked with us through our BYB Coaching Program and are looking for additional support.

The Beyond Your Business Mentoring Program is a monthly commitment where you continue working directly with your coaches to implement, elevate, and continue to improve your business. Mentorship with us includes:

• Bi-Weekly 1:1 Meetings with your coaches + direct texting & voice-note access, Monday-Friday

• Leadership Skill Development

• Financials, Budgets, & Sales Education

• Mindset Coaching

• Branding & Social Media Support

• Continued support implementing Systems & Scaling

• Guidance in creating work/life balance

• Business space evaluation & optimization
